Cons
Need to response email , message and call after working hours, both weekday or weekend and it's not count for overtime and not appreciated as well.
Though hospital trying to promote work life balance, some supervisors prefer staff to be contactable anytime. Could be very stress.
It's not sustainable in the long run.
