Pros
-Steady income -Able to work remotely, either every day or some days, unless you're in a position that does not allow it -Raise every year -Nice, friendly people.
Cons
-Semimonthly pay -There is a turnaround in most positions -Managers show favoritism -You can move up withing your area, but if you want to go into a different area, it is very hard to do, no matter what you. -Once you know something/learn something, it is yours forever. -Currently going through a transition, another company bought them out. -Interviewing process can take several hours or a course of couple of days.
