      Pros

      The clients and most of your coworkers are great people.

      Cons

      If you are good at your job, management will dump most of the work on you. They create unattainable goals you can never reach, which they will use as an excuse to not compensate you fairly based on performance. Too many internal protocols and processes that are not effectively communicated.

      Differing shifts (i.e- we work with West Coast clients meaning we don't have just normal 8-5 shifts)

      Pros

      Treat the workers really well, lots of parties and gift cards. Nice office space.

      Cons

      Low pay, would sometimes treat us like children (no phones allowed during work)
