Pros

Leaving my job at National 360

Cons

- paying staff to do 5 star reviews - high billable target which is monitored throughout the week, and you must provide a reason as to why you did not reach your target or you are expected to work overtime - if you don’t reach your target you lose privileges such as work from home and flexible hours - micromanagement - unsupportive graduate program - high staff turnover - next to none supervision, and supervisors also lack experience and can share false and dangerous information that can land you in legal trouble - no resources, expected you purchase any resources so that you can actually do your job properly otherwise your clients suffer - low pay and expectation to cover expenses such as tolls, rising fuel costs, resources, etc

Since joining the organisation, I have felt genuinely welcomed and valued as part of the team.
