Good for fresh entry to enter this company to gain experience and learn more about the industry. If you able to survive here for a year you can survive anywhere.
Cons
Management bias is very obvious, every decision making is not following standard SOP but following the management to satisfy the client and if you're are non mandarin speaker you would be a statue in most meetings of discussion.
