      Too much work load, but can learn alot of skills and knowledge as many issue in certain project

      Toxic management, no benefits, management only care about their customers, they didnt care when employee facing issue when handling customers

      Good for learning cause there are many issues

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership, toxic working environment, boss does not listen to any suggestion, have terrible and unclear decision making. Will blame you for their own poor decisions. Especially in Business unit team
