Too many cons. They don't know how to handle projects. They suck most of the money from the clients in the name of phase's completion and in return they deliver clients nothing but work with big big bugs and loop holes as a result of excessive hard-work with tight pressures and working late of developers(Web,android,ios,react native). Basically they keep on suppressing or sidelining the client's need of delivery proper genuine work within time, which eventually explodes all at once and all pressure of completion goes on the shoulders of developers. A project that could take 1 month (say) they would put pressure on you physically and mentally to complete it within 10days.Even they assign you new tasks and ask you to come on so called holidays on Saturdays just at the last hour of Friday, even if you work hard all week by giving extra time complete your assigned tasks and if you by chance get stuck due to some emergency or unable to come they would mail you by putting director at cc and blackmail you if you don't come and if client cancels the projects all responsibility would be yours because at present you are working on it so you must bear the brunt for all the mistakes they did on the project since before you came on to the project.This is purely result failure of Team lead and director for resource allocation to complete work within prescribed time.They get confused what to and how to complete within impossible time frame thus put pressure on us. Due to these intense project pressure they even force you to stay whole night... even to a girl once they did I heard. And yeah the company can also ask you to leave the company or force you to resign in the excuse of your not enough input for a company where already project work status is which i described above. After leaving the company the final FNF its written 45days but they would stretch it to 3-4months or more also after many times date changes.
