Pros

- competitive salary - flexible WFH options (when I was there) - startup culture - there is a lot of opportunity to shape the work you do since the business is still new and there is a lot of growth

Cons

- incompetent management. I was frequently micromanaged despite the fact that I was more skilled/tenured than my manager - bro culture definitely permeates here. if you are a straight, white male you will definitely fit right in here. but if you aren't, and you don't necessarily want to discuss boston sports or golf and binge drink after work, good luck building rapport with anyone. there is no DEI committee, nor does it seem like anyone cares about diversity. - startup culture - the company is growing fast but HR does not scale with it and still operates it as if it were a 10-person company. They don't respond to questions, and try to come off as light-hearted by sending memes in their weekly emails and make jokes about COVID (as if 700k+ deaths in this country were a joke) - pandemic response was laughable. while my manager was respectful and didn't necessarily pressure me to go in, numerous people on my team went into the office and they had a maskless gathering indoors (this was in early 2021, pre-vaccine availability). They had a maskless Christmas party at the office and then found out someone in the office that day had COVID. I felt like an outsider for taking the appropriate precautions at the time and not going into the office. - no 401k match; health care benefits aren't amazing either

Pros

-WFH Flexibility for Marketing -Good Product -Strong, experienced Marketing leadership -A lot of positive changes to systems and processes company-wide

Cons

Leadership seems to track our AI usage to ensure it's adoption, even when it's unnecessary for the work. Nasuni prides itself on customer and sales support, yet (it appears that) support teams are being offshored, and human SDR's are being replaced with AI, with their headcount being down ~65% compared to a few yers ago.
