-Sexist, an office full of 'lads' (including managers) with some incredibly crude and crass comments expected to be taken as banter such as the comment 'well she was only hired because xxxx manager wanted to sh*g her, you've just got to ask yourself who wanted to sh*g you'
-You'd be shocked how different managers are in reality compared to the interview stage, it's worth remembering they interview people every day and their friendly demeanor tends to end once someone's placed-including you!
-I had to leave because the senior manager's bully-boy atitude and daily shouting sessions just made work unbearable
-Phones monitored constantly (call-times sent around every morning to the point where half the office have to spend their lunch breaks calling their own mobiles to meet the unrealistic targets) and lots of cold-calling
-Managers often use the 'snug' in the office to take members of staff and scream at them for (often minor) mistakes meaning the rest of the office can hear
-Bully tactics employed and promoted
-High staff-turnover and very very low staff worth
-Managers take the majority of your commission and you get very little for at least a full year (probation period is also 6 months within which time the standard commission structure doesn't apply to you)
-I saw someone who placed a contractor threatened with not receiving his hard earned commission (and thus it going to his manager...) for having low call times-surely the result is sometimes more important than the method?
