Pros
Management is enthusiastic, the company is small and thus you have the ability to take on a lot of different projects, and some of the employees are really great people (I've stayed in contact with a few after leaving).
Cons
Awful pay, lots of back room politics, managements picks favorites, if you're in software your pay will be very low and you will have to support legacy code that was written poorly and in a dying language, there is talk around the office about the industry itself going down the tubes, and it feels more like the entire team is just "playing business" rather than actually accomplishing anything. They've recently been bought out so this may have changed, but if it's anything how it was when I worked there I'd advise you to stay away.
