The pay is way too low for the hours.

Great clients and if you’re lucky to work for an understanding publicist, you’ll be fine.

The people in power do not know how to lead a company. They seem to be the best in the business but are obsessed with “standards” and rules they set, so they don’t take company culture or their employees into consideration. Leaders actively listen. The ones running this company do not, especially to support staff. Real mentorship is rare here. Everyone who gets promoted has no life.
