extravagant outings and xmas party HMO and allowances fast employment doesn't do much background check fast layoff friendly quite chill environment but too much gossip, drama and issue game nights

not much game assets, too much toxic politics biased bff promotions they don't base it on skill based from remarks of their other employees. drama petty issues. the leads take things outside of work personally and take will it out on you on the workplace with other leads and management involved since they're all bff such as; punishments, many unnecessary revisions, and will ruin your reputation to other companies. you cant do anything because you're not in position and they know they can get away with it they cover each other up easily which makes the environment very unprofessional. Even the IT was harsh with taking back the provided computer and later was even awarded. mishandled by art dept. management thus layoffs struggle to get clients (side comment from their employees). not much growth and learnings in career only good for starters
