-Good Infrastructure -Good for Freshers as they provide training and good initial hike - CEO is energetic and down to earth
Cons
- Worst HR Policies - Every Saturday half day . You get only 1 leave pet month and no carry forward so every time they deduct salary. - No flexible timing( HR and TL threaten you even if there is genuine reason) - Believes in only delivery not quality - No Big Project ( they even take 5 hours work) -CTO is not technical Infact Majority Manager are doing only client communication..No knowledge about project - HR team is puppet of management..No employee benefits - HR team force everyone to write good reviews on Glassdoor so Don't believe on reviews - No growth after two year.. They Don't give hike after that In name of company's policy ( which doesn't exist)
