Pros
Ummm.... not much to say in this “Pros” Category. If I were to pick some thing positive about this place. I would say it would be that I liked a very select few of the employees who worked here while I did. Lastly a pro about this place is it’s awesome location. Which makes you wonder why this store isn’t selling triple digits every month!!
Cons
I would like to keep this part of my review as short as possible. Just know that I could probably write a book when it comes to the “Cons” of Napleton Ford Libertyville. My biggest con with this place is that they do not pay any of their employees enough money to survive. Instead The owner Penny pinchers where he can including the health coverage, and not even offering dental coverage for the entire Auto group!!I mean what kind of Millionaire who’s family owns thousands of dealerships across the country. Don’t even offer their employees dental coverage. Especially if You consider that the only reason you’re a millionaire is due to your employees. How about that for some employee appreciation!! That’s only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this part of the review. Lastly my biggest Con about this dealership is that they think that just because you quit their establishment. That you should lose whatever money you had coming to you!!! Then they force you to fight them for your own paycheck. So save yourself the headache and don’t even bother applying here! Unless you don’t need money to survive. Then in that case ask yourself why am I working at all!!
