Warm weather, beautiful surroundings, decent amenities (Contributions to gym memberships, etc.…), health benefits are Relatively inexpensive compared to current private industry employee health plans, observes most government holidays.
Cons
Senior management often lies to subordinates, Council members regularly violate parts of the city charter, City has little regard for public information laws, inconsistent discipline practices, widespread nepotism, and extremely antiunion.
