You can trade your shifts to others which allows for you to get time off (most of the time) if needed. You network with countless brand representatives. Always a fun environment with a great staff, highly recommend!
Cons
Requires a weekend day of work no matter what. If you do not find someone to take your shift, you likely will have to work it.
