Pros

Wonderful ideas and vision that sounds great and make you want to be a part of it all. The lower level staff and technical teams are sincere in what they are doing, well qualified and have a desire to succeed. The UK staff and management are brilliant, sincere in their desire to succeed and working hard to make it happen. None of the following caveats apply to this part of the company or the teams in the UK.

Cons

In the US ranks those ideas and visions that the main offices promote on closer inspection just seem to be a sales pitch in order to create interest for investors and get employees on board. Projects that go nowhere and perennial lay off's seem to be the actual rule. Management fitness for purpose is so hit and miss that nothing actually can get accomplished, favouritism and office politics runs the show at the higher levels. Lower level staff are ignored, skills and experience count less than job titles and it is debatable that there is any real product to sell, with most products and projects being advertised to potential clients seeming to be vaporware or proof of concept designs that aren't fully developed. Layoffs are constant, random and in most cases completely counter-productive to any project that is being worked on. There is no respect from the US office about legal issues involving data and security outside US borders that in the end will cause some serious fines to be levied, possibly forcing the closure of offices in the countries affected. Dr Soon spends an inordinate amount of time lobbying US Congressional law makers and EU Commissioners to loosen patient data protection laws. This is a very worrying pattern that implies that access to and reselling of patient data is the real goal and money making target here with the high rhetoric of cancer eradication being just a front to gather genetic and other protected data for resale. Company ethical standards are seriously lacking.

Pros

Under NaviNet, the company was well respected, CEO 95% approval rating, great ad-hoc benefits, constant innovation, sales increasing, high morale.

Cons

Once acquired by NantHealth, CEO and most perks disappeared. New company missed projected sales by 70% (in other lines of business) due to stubbornness/denial of someone in the C-Suite. This led to mass layoffs across all lines.
