Pros
Great engineers (what's left of them). Running water and electricity, desks, chairs and windows. Does being able to leave at the end of the day count?
Cons
Where do I start? Management stuck in their office. The Belfast office has lost 13 people since January and not 1 person has been replaced. The work is not a bit challenging, the culture of the previous company has been entirely erased. I worry for the future of this office.
