Lots of the software is rushed and buggy and since everything is different the only way you know how to fix things is by asking the one guy who knows

Pros

- The people are awesome. - It’s a very “Customer-focused” environment, and the team does everything it can to make sure customers get what they want and are happy. - Fun/relaxed environment.

Cons

- The work is very sales dependent, and sales had a lot of highs and lows over my time there. So sometimes things are pretty light, and sometimes you will have more work than you have time to do it. I felt like Management did a pretty good job managing timelines and expectations for the most part though.

Pros

There are no consequences for certain groups of people

Cons

If you are a woman, a prison of color, or a member of the LGBT community steer clear of this company. People from graphic design, marketing, all the way up to the CEO do not see any value in these groups of people. Besides that, you will be given unrealistic deadlines and be questioned why they are not met.
