Pros
The colleagues are fantastic - a group of very smart people with great ideas and full of motivation. The product is also very exciting.
Cons
Upper management lacks experience and that leads to growing pains. I'm confident that if they would hire people with prior experience in emerging companies, the decisions would make more sense. Furthermore, personal relationships can influence decisions which is quite frustrating. The salary is good at an entry-level but not competitive enough over time.
