      Pros

      I think the best part about the company is the team-oriented environment and how everyone wants the best for each other. No one is competing against one another in their roles.

      Cons

      I did not enjoy how low my pay was as an intern. I felt undervalued by the company as I was working towards completing my very difficult degree in Chemical Engineering.

      Nice coworkers, exciting product ideas. Unfortunately, none of them ever came to fruition

      Terrible management. Zero sense of fiscal responsibility. Preferential treatment and double standards abounded. Senior leaders were allowed to engage in harassment and get away with it
