clear mission very impactful - Data Scientist NannyML Employee Review

As someone not from a classical data science background, it was awesome to see inside a rapidly developing deep-tech AI startup. The atmosphere in the team is dynamic and infectiously electrifying. The team members are all at the top of their game, and I learnt so much from working with them. Excellent working conditions with an emphasis on professional development and well-being. Even as an intern, I had a fairly generous monthly budget for books, courses, etc., and for health and wellness activities. Working within the team, I can sense the NannyML is going to be a huge success, so much so that I would have accepted my salary in equity had that option been on the table.

The only negative point is that equity is/was only given to long term employees.

-flexible work environment -great and experienced colleagues, you can learn from -kick off meetings every 8 weeks in different places in Europe (although only for people in the product team) -great entry position, to gain some experience with data science, content creation

-internship salary is low, but still higher than in some countries
