Pros
1- Good salary. 2- Great team. 3- Q-commerce industry is evolving so lot of opportunities. 4- fast growing.
Cons
1- No alignment and poor communication culture. 2- Lots of changes in a very tight time, that increase pressure. 3- Business first then people. 4- lots of firing without notice, you can't feel stable. 5- expect to wait long to be heard (if heard), either you have idea, have a problem. If heard take another century to implement or get your problem solved.
