The people you working directly with are good because you're on the same boat. The 401k contribution has become generous in recent years.
Cons
Angry bosses. Long hours (630-530). Feeling of worthlessness. Working 6-7 days a week almost every week. Very little vacation time. Expected to work a 10+ hour days including on Christmas and New Year Eve. The owner is a crazy tyrant.
