Rewards & vouchers are really good.

Cons

Everything else. Avoid at all costs. Clueless managers, nonsense pay, pay rise is pathetic. Toxic work environment with senior management that gaslight and string you along. Mastic resignations yearly and then they panic promote and offer a ridiculous promotion. It’s a corporate sweat shop, they will take take take until there’s nothing left. Forget being rewarded for your hard work and time spent in the comment.

Pros

Great culture, everyone is so nice! I love going in the office for weekly lunch to be with everyone. They also hold events every quarter. There are career opportunities The benefits are great. Only company that has cared at all about opinions of the team and you are not viewed as just another number. Overall great place to work!

Sometimes a lot of stress/pressure when it is unnecessary
