Clear Communication: The Talent Acquisition Team provides very clear information to the candidates by reaching out to them on a timely basis. The interview process was well-structured, and the interviewers were knowledgeable and respectful throughout. Onboarding Process: My onboarding process was hassle-free. The online documentation process kept me away from doing all the manual paperwork. Friendly Environment: Though, I was transitioning from my previous employer to Nalashaa, the culture and the environment never gave me an opportunity for the icebreaker moment. My colleagues are really friendly and approachable. I am truly happy about my decision to switch to Nalashaa as it always follows the Open Door policy by giving that room to explore our limits.
