      Pros

      Very bad atmosphere, small organisation. Hardly 150 people.

      Cons

      * partiality to the extreme *Bias *Office politics Only if u r related to any director there ,u will survive otherwise beware u can be kicked out anytime. It's just a family business where they bring and develop their family members and best friends. One day you come to office next day they will kick you out without any prior intimation, for silly pitty reasons. No stability no growth.

      Pros

      Worked for 13 years with the Nalashaa group. Management is Good in supporting Green Cards and is transparent. . Always follow Attorney Suggestions regarding immigration policies, which is good for all the employees. Easy access to HR and management. Supported in GC process.

      Cons

      .Compensation would be a little better.
