Pros

The tax free salary is an obvious incentive, but this is also offered by many better companies in the Gulf

Cons

The company's Qatarization policy means young, inexperienced men are being given responsibility for portfolios they are incapable of managing effectively. The company operates within a climate of fear, with expats at all levels petrified to criticize their Qatari colleagues. Management are weirdly obsessed with hierarchy so in the instance of any disagreement it doesn't matter what the circumstances are or who is right or wrong- management will side with whoever is more senior. There are very few women at the company and those who are there are largely in Admin roles.
