Pros
I was apart of opening the Nashville location so I went to the five-day training. They did a great job in making sure that everyone was well-informed about everything on the menu. The trainers from other locations were really enthusiastic about teaching us and very informative. I could tell that the trainers really loved serving at this restaurant and so they got me excited to work there and be a part of it. All of my coworkers them cool and everyone was very friendly
Cons
Management. They are impossible to get a hold of, never know what’s going on, and sometimes they get really anxious for no reason which makes the servers uneasy. If anyone in the restaurant is supposed to stay calm and know what they’re doing it’s the managers, but that isn’t the case here. The chef can also barely be bothered with anyone speaking to him. The general manager picks favorites and if he doesn’t like you, you probably just shouldn’t work there.
