Pros

-Impressive Coworkers (No lack of talent here. Everyone comes with skill and a wealth of experiences. Always find myself learning from others) -Autonomy (there are processes to follow, but you can be creative and bring your own POV on anything from marketing efforts to strategies for sales cycles) -No micromanagement (everyone is treated as equally to get the job done.) -Fun culture (could go overlooked, but it's refreshing to be an team where we work hard, laugh hard, and focus on a winning environment)

Cons

-Hard to call this a con but it could be an adjustment for others. Things are actually fast-paced in terms of change. Products gain new features/use cases quickly. Territories/segments can change quickly. You have to be nimble to embrace the challenge. -Second challenge you may find is constrained resources. We have teams/departments that can help you create collateral on whatever project you have going on, but it's hard to always prioritize your things. Meaning there is a big onus on you to lead on creative processes and building new assets for whatever presentation or report. It's part of the culture to be very self-sufficient.

I've been with Nacelle for approximately two years, and it has been the best job I've had in my career! The flexibility offered by Nacelle has not only enhanced my work-life harmony but has fundamentally changed my perspective on what effective remote working should look like. The company has fully equipped us with all the necessary tools and resources, ensuring that we can produce our best work from the comfort of our homes. This combined with a seamless communication system, allows for productivity and collaboration that rivals, if not exceeds, traditional office settings. Over the last 12 months, I've witnessed a remarkable transformation in our company culture. The management team has been incredibly receptive to feedback, and their efforts to improve the work environment/culture have paid off significantly. The positive changes have fostered an atmosphere of respect, inclusivity, and support that permeates every level of the organization. The current team is nothing short of excellent. Each employee brings a unique set of skills and perspectives to the table, creating a dynamic and innovative workspace. There's a shared commitment to achieving our goals within every department. Nacelle has set a high bar for what a remote working environment can and should be. The last year has been a testament to the company's dedication to creating a positive and productive work culture.

Working for a small start-up company is not for everyone. But if you take ownership, initiative, work hard (and smart) you will quickly excel!

Pros

You know you’re a strong person if you survived a year here. Be proud of yourself when you do. Only a few could survive and most quit after a few months.

Cons

If you have no other choice but accepting the job this company offered you, then beware and be prepared! Management overworks employees, everyone get burned out only after a few months! Sure you think it’s fun at first, working with huge clients, great projects, but management will also always be behind you, micromanaging all the way! No one has the freedom here. Everyone’s being controlled. Management’s a control freak, though they’ll tell you it’s them giving you support! But you’ll know that it’s totally untrue! They also lie to you to keep you in their cage, pay you average salary, throw in some company benefits, and then continue to abuse you!
