      You set your own schedule.

      Cons

      No contact from home office, no personal emails. You will have an open schedule, they will not assign any visits. You might get 2 hours of work a week. 2 hours. Dismissive attitudes towards anything a person has to say, ignore it.

      The opportunity to help others is significant and hearing stories everyday is amazing!

      Pros

      Making an elderly non-driver happy by being there for them for transport to doctor, grocery, etc. & assisting them to & from and providing companionship in all possible ways.

      Cons

      Low pay. No mileage reimbursement to/from visit. Low mileage reimbursement rate below government rate. High cost to client. No one to contact at company for issues arriving during visit.
