I want to help everyone even those that can't afford the service.

Making an elderly non-driver happy by being there for them for transport to doctor, grocery, etc. & assisting them to & from and providing companionship in all possible ways.

Low pay. No mileage reimbursement to/from visit. Low mileage reimbursement rate below government rate. High cost to client. No one to contact at company for issues arriving during visit.
