Benefits, competitive pay, and remote work

While Nymbus presents themselves as "best in class" or "innovative" that is absolutely not the case. They seem to think they can market their way out of any situation, when in reality the company is just poorly run by people that do not understand the business. Unless you are part of "the 'in' crowd" (you can tell who those are based on social media content), or you align with the CEO's politics (which he crams into every aspect of the business), you are treated like trash. The product is neither innovative nor secure. They constantly fail to deliver on commitments to clients (a simple Google search will be quite eye opening)... leading to every client being disgruntled and unhappy. The general lack of accountability for the parties responsible for the companies shortcomings is blatant... instead of holding the responsible parties to account, they laid of 30% of the company (many of which worked around the clock to dig them out of a disastrous situation). If you're considering an opportunity at Nymbus... Don't!

We often encourage employees to use such outlets to relay their thoughts directly, so that we may have an opportunity to enact change and improvement, should it be warranted. Again, your feedback is heard, and while we do not agree with the opinions expressed, we at Nymbus do value dialogue so as to transform thoughts and ideas into constructive, positive action and solutions. Great opportunities to develop and grow your career. Above market pay and benefits. Building unique and differentiated solutions for an evolving banking industry.

Cons

The speed and pace are not for everyone - must be comfortable engaging and raising your hand. If not, you could feel left behind. Sometimes slow to let go of legacy minded staff who can’t evolve.
