Pros

Competitive Salary Very Strong Benefits Work at Home Opportunities A Few Supporting Co-Workers Unlimited PTO

Cons

Little to no training, onboarding, or clear directions. Expectations frequently changed and did not match how performance was evaluated. Long hours with poor work life balance. The product is buggy and unstable, making customer support difficult. They have absolutely no processes to solve problems only telling you to look up old Jira Tickets with similar solutions. Immediate management was often unavailable or disappeared when questions or help was needed. Upper leadership lacked direction, multiple rounds of layoffs created constant instability and low morale. Upper leadership often also disappeared and was missing when needed. Unlimited PTO is misleading you will be working so much that there is no time to take any.

Cons

The speed and pace are not for everyone - must be comfortable engaging and raising your hand. If not, you could feel left behind. Sometimes slow to let go of legacy minded staff who can’t evolve.
