A lot of talk and no follow through - Product Manager NYMBUS Employee Review

Leadership is utterly incompetent and running the company into the ground. They pretend like they value employees, but it is absolutely not true. It is cronyism at its finest. Review the leadership... most all worked together at another company. They constantly fail to deliver on client commitments leading to disgruntled clients and mistreated employees. The CEO has absolutely no business leading this, or any other, organization. Instead of doing the work, he likes to "play CEO"... meaning he flies on private jets, schedules lavish executive events, and spends investors money like a drunken sailor. How this company is still operational is baffling to anyone that knows anything about it. Most clients have run for the doors to get away from the reputational hazard of working with them (Google them... you'll find some insightful articles).
