      No reason - Hire and fire policy

      Worst Management, I am not sure why they are hiring and terminating. I have been working for six months without no reason they will terminate. Having hire and fire policy systems (Both in Domestic and US process). Manager from US handling Dell. If you cooperate with him he will keep in the organization, else will recommend to terminate.

      Pros

      I have been working at NYGCI full-time ( more than 3 years) I am working as Web administrator with them. My career has improved a lot with the kind of projects they have placed me into. Management is available any time and they are so friendly especially the President of this company. Greate people at HR level of the company and everyone is supportive. They fulfill all the commitments. I am really happy to work with this company.

      Cons

      Multiple healthcare plans available, but still those are little expensive.
