      no advantages at all from the start.

      Cons

      Wrongfully dismissed after requesting to change manager. No health insurance given CPF not paid on time Super micromanaged culture eg. Worse than being in prison. Unreasonable request and demands. Empty promises right from signing of employment contract. No EA licence to operate as recruitment agency in Singapore.

      Pros

      I have been working at NYGCI full-time ( more than 3 years) I am working as Web administrator with them. My career has improved a lot with the kind of projects they have placed me into. Management is available any time and they are so friendly especially the President of this company. Greate people at HR level of the company and everyone is supportive. They fulfill all the commitments. I am really happy to work with this company.

      Cons

      Multiple healthcare plans available, but still those are little expensive.
