Pros
1. Lots of technical growth opportunities - periodic seminars, guest speakers, formal education opportunities 2. People are easy to work with and ensure of decent transparency in terms of tech info sharing/discussions. 3. Patents, innovation is encouraged through the innovation drives with a separate funding for outstanding ideas 4. Good cultural activities - e.g. Diwali, team building events etc.
Cons
1. In some of the sub-orgs (through aquisitions) of the company - processes are still evolving 2. Depending on the org you are in, you may have to work in a startup mode which has it's own pros and cons 3. Sometimes one may experience be a tug of war between execution speed and the delivery quality
