-big company which have deep pockets -good benefits -good technology in security and micro
Cons
-very high turnover in some depts -cost-cutting is a priority -top managers get big bonuses, employees get small ones -reputation at customers not always positive so customer not so friendly -maybe cannot get tools you need -promotion not so possible
