Pros
I've been with nw3 for 3 years now, and its one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Sure there are some issues here and there, but that's to be expected with a growing company. One of the things that really stand out is their desire to promote from within. I've been through 3 promotions right now, and those who were here with me from the beginning have gone through various roles as well. They do a good job at mentoring, and keeping employees happy that's for sure.
Cons
management style is pretty lax, and they expect you to know what you're supposed to do and get it done. not really a con per se, but if you need daily meetings and constant assistance then you won't do well here.
