      Above average pay and decent healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of gatekeeping of information needed to complete one's job, HUGE 'Us versus them' situation between union and non-union employees. Unrealistic expectations for folks in the call center or customer facing services. Middle management discriminates against folks that are disabled.

      Pros

      Decent pay and bonuses. Good teammates.

      Cons

      Very poor managers that show favoritism and talk behind everyone's back. Jobs are constantly shifted around and workload is way too much. Burnout is very real here and no one listens to reason.. just get it done.
