Pros

None, the management are like the movie “mean girls”

Cons

The drs only care about how many patients come through the door each day and billing as any services as possible. Patient care is not a concern. Managers have stated “not my problem if they die” DEA has investigated more than one or two times Counselors and peer specialists trying to serve patients are not valued because they take time and care with these peoples lives instead of checking boxes and getting the company more money. Many people have died as a result of this company’s policies and lack of care. They hand out methadone and suboxone like candy to anyone and everyone and don’t have structure to help them get and stay clean. Drug tests are given and results ignored this is why people die — drug interactions and OD because they won’t apply any solutions just keep pumping out the drugs.

Pros

Bathroom has Air freshener, That's the only pro's I can give

Cons

The job is quite depressing and full of anxiety; patients do not respect you due to their Substance Abuse population. Management is the worst of its kind and has too much drama and full of snitches, which contributes to a toxic work environment that exacerbates employee dissatisfaction and leads to high turnover rates for all the clinics. No job security; they'll fire people if you ask for a salary increase. Also they fire people back and forth every 1-2 weeks. No one is safe from getting fired even the providers. 2 providers got fired in the span of 2 months No 401k, lowest PTO, and expensive health insurance from Kaiser, Outrageously low pay. Depressing and Concerned about my life due to the level of care taking care for substance abuse population. Management would say you're a (Family) that would explain everything. Works 1 satuday every 2 months. Which consider no weekend off.
