Poor management Unkept promises Terrible operational processes No ownership Woke culture

There was a great culture at NW Computing early last year and management worked hard to cultivate this.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganised. Change in leadership lead to a high turnover and nurtured a really toxic culture. Lack of development opportunities.
