      Pros

      The people are great and there's a lot to learn from eachother. Wide variety of MEP projects and work typically doesn't get slow. Compensation is good.

      Cons

      Upper management isn't transparent about decisions. Benefits are ok. 401k match only happens once per year and bonuses take 3 years to vest.

      Pros

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.
