THE CEO IS A TERRIBLE HUMAN. Michael Mullarkey should be in prison. He openly talks down to and about minorities and women. He won't make an offer to a female candidate if he finds out she is pregnant or has children because, according to Big Mike, "moms don't work very hard at their jobs". He has a racial slur for anyone who doesn't look 100% caucasian. He constantly ridicules any religion that isn’t Catholicism. He is blatantly dishonest with investors, vendors, partners, and customers. He consistently overstates revenue by 2x or more and hides revenue from partners in a shell-game so he won't have to fully honor the contracts that he has committed to. Big Mike sets bonuses based on specific criteria that he can influence, then he blocks any efforts by employees to hit those targets. He repeatedly tells managers that they need to grow and improve their teams, yet he blocks any offer letters to anyone who won't consider anything other than a low-ball offer. Mike's word means nothing. His signature means nothing. His commitments mean nothing. He doesn't care about anyone, or anything, except himself and filling his own pockets with everyone else's money. He won't pay many vendors or honor most commitments unless/until litigation is threatened. He looks for every possible way to not give people what they have earned. All he wants is to surround himself with low-cost employees who will work 60+ hours a week and help him carry out his fraud.
