Interesting workplace with a social culture - Anonymous employee NUM Employee Review

We do not have mainstream projects, it is true because we are working on a niche-market. We do more challenging and interesting application projects which are out of the mainstream. Mostly these are special and complex projects, which the bigger companies can not handle. Sometimes these machines are worldwide unique and our engineers have to be highly creative and inventive. May be that is what you mean with "wastewater engineering", it is always easy and safe to do what thousands before you have done. We are more ambitious and go new ways, which are sometimes challenging. We are steadily learning to get better. Thanks for you criticism.
