      Approachable management, half the management are women, if there is an issue, management are open and flexible to responding. Very thoughtful and grounded staff. Real teamwork.

      you learn a lot, good coworkers

      Cons

      management talks about all coworkers being “family” so there wasn’t a lot of boundaries. if you’re a serving assistant you get yelled at by all kitchen staff and uber drivers who pick up deliveries since that’s your task.
