Pros

I got hands on experience with managing a CRM. Also, learned several skills with social media marketing.

Cons

I did nothing concerning sales. I was told that it was a paid internship but did not receive any compensation. When asked he told me if I did good work that we would revisit it later, but that never happened. When I applied the flyer said that there was a possible 3 month extension of the internship, but when I approached him about it, he said that I would need to stay for another 6 months to secure a full time job.

Pros

Been working as a part time college student for a year now, and its been awesome. Here are the pros: - Challenged me, pushed me out of my comfort zone especially when it came to phone sales. - The owners (Nick and Brian) are among the best employers I have worked for... super caring and extremely helpful when it came to developing my sales skills and how to be an efficient worker. -if you love music, hip-hop particular, you will get to gain valuable experience from the industry

Cons

would not recommend this job to a person who doesn't like talking to strangers - often difficult clients. Many people couldn't hang and had to leave the company.
