Work life balance not too bad, can go home on time. But sometimes need to work on weekends due to job nature. No more supervisor but got freedom and independence I had some good colleagues

No supervisor so no reliance if there's any problem. Must carry yourself. Too understaffed so many times and tasks need to do all by yourself. Can't really take break if u must do everything.

great colleagues and location is easily accessible

progression may be limited, pay is lower than most places
