      Very political at management level and less concern over staff welfare and professional growth. Allow bad/incompetent managers to continue serving. Less receptive to suggestions, and may treat suggestions as challenge from employees.

      Pros

      Work life balance not too bad, can go home on time. But sometimes need to work on weekends due to job nature. No more supervisor but got freedom and independence I had some good colleagues

      Cons

      No supervisor so no reliance if there's any problem. Must carry yourself. Too understaffed so many times and tasks need to do all by yourself. Can't really take break if u must do everything.
